What running sneakers I would buy for myself
Let's look at the latest Nike collection of sports shoes for men
If you have already read my previous article on running shoes, then you know how important it is to choose a high-quality and convenient product. If not, catch the link here.
When I decided to buy a new running shoe, the first brand I thought of was Nike. And not only because it is one of the leaders in the global sports industry, but because for more than 10 years I have been buying sneakers of this brand and have always been satisfied with quality and convenience. I owned different types of sneakers: for running, walking, for the gym, and every time I was more than satisfied.
A well-known brand, taking care of its reputation, invests heavily in studies of the physiology of the foot under various types of loads. Thus creating a product that promotes the most effective and safe training. The use of high-quality materials is equally important for long-term wear. After all, the foot sweats and you need to properly remove moisture and lower the temperature. From my own experience I will say that not all brands follow this rules.
Also, I want to draw your attention to one more thing. Despite the fact that you can buy the so-called ‘universal’ type of sports shoes, I still recommend choosing specially designed sneakers for a concrete type of activity. Since this will increase both the quality and pleasure of your workouts, and can protect against possible injuries.
But enough theory, it's time to start the most delicious - the choice. Looking at the huge range of Nike, it was very difficult for me to choose the 8 running sneakers that I would buy myself right now, so here they are.
Nike Joyride Dual Run
The Nike Joyride Dual Run blazes its own route. Tiny foam beads underfoot combined with traditional cushioning in the forefoot give an incredibly smooth feel that conforms to your foot.
Nike Zoom Fly 3
Inspired by the Vaporfly, the Nike Zoom Fly 3 gives distance runners race-day comfort and durability. The power of a carbon fiber plate keeps you in the running mile after mile.
Nike Air Zoom Pegasus 37
Reinvigorate your stride with the Nike Air Zoom Pegasus 37. Delivering the same fit and feel that runners love, the shoe has an all-new forefoot cushioning unit and foam for maximum responsiveness. The result is a durable, lightweight trainer designed for everyday running.
Nike React Phantom Run Flyknit 2
The Nike React Phantom Run Flyknit 2 offers versatility for the everyday runner. Building on the foundation of its predecessor, the shoe expands on its laceless design by adding secure support that feels like it "disappears" on your foot. More foam means better cushioning, keeping you comfortable as you run.
Nike Renew Run
The Nike Renew Run keeps you moving with softer foam for a cushioned feel. Designed with the everyday runner in mind, this shoe delivers secure support and durable traction for comfort on the go.
Nike Vaporfly 4% Flyknit
Built to meet the exacting needs of world-class marathoners, Nike Vaporfly 4% Flyknit is designed for record-breaking speed. The Flyknit upper delivers breathable support, while the responsive foam and full-length plate provide incredible energy return for all 26.2.
Nike Epic React Flyknit 2
The Nike Epic React Flyknit 2 takes a step up from its predecessor with smooth, lightweight performance and a bold look. An updated Flyknit upper conforms to your foot with a minimal, supportive design. Underfoot, durable Nike React technology defies the odds by being both soft and responsive, for comfort that lasts as long as you can run.
Jordan Zoom Trunner Ultimate
The Jordan Zoom Trunner Ultimate is made for athletes who want a shoe they can run or train in. Breathable and ultralight, it features full-length cushioning and an extra forefoot unit to give you more responsiveness. A diamond-like cage provides side-to-side stability and works with the cushioning to help you feel faster.
