5 reasons why it’s not possible to live without movement

As I said earlier, we all rusted a bit during the lockdown. Yes, some of us continued to practice fitness at home, and for this we are very grateful to many Instagram bloggers and influencers. But most of us simply stopped all movement. This is much more dangerous than not doing fitness at the usual time, since we were just locked for several months. Crazy times...

Thank God everything is already behind and I hope this does not happen again. So now I want to encourage all of you to start moving. At least go for walks, at least every other day and for half an hour. But the main goal is to start! In fact, it is best to start gradually, increasing the load and duration. Being in the fresh air, under the sun, already helps to strengthen your health and return to normal life. Add a small fitness to this and in two weeks you will notice how your life is transformed for the better.

Honestly, there is no particular difference in what kind of sport you will practice. If you are not a professional athlete, of course. Choose the one that you like, the one that you are comfortable with. It can be running, cycling, swimming, weightlifting, in general, anything that brings you pleasure. It can be one or all at once. When sport firmly enters your life, you will notice that soon you will not be able to refuse it. This is a great hobby that will improve the quality of your life.

The first and most important reason is health care. Everyone knows that movement is life! But behind this phrase hides more significant meanings than some can imagine.

For example, did you know that while you are not moving, your blood began to circulate in a small circle to save resources, supplying oxygen and nutrients to only important organs, and almost all your peripheral vessels remained hungry? Everyone who returned to running after long breaks will understand what I mean. Yes, yes, that very slight tingling and itching of the skin of the legs after the first run. And yet, the blood takes the processed products to remove them from the body. Just imagine how many tissues of your body suffer without regular high-quality blood circulation.

At number two, I put discipline. Everything is simple here. Going regularly for a run or engaging in any other sport, you train the desire to set goals and achieve them. To become a successful person, it is very important to be able to achieve your goal. Often, obstacles happen in the way and then, thanks to discipline, you do not give up and can continue to persistently move forward.

Development. This characteristic is important for absolutely every person on the planet. I am convinced that we all perform the most important goal in our life's journey: we are developing. And sports play an important role for our development. The movement makes our brain work more efficiently, it teaches us to find innovative solutions to complex problems by offering creative approaches and broadening our horizons.

Social factor. This is perhaps the main scourge of the modern digital world. People are so used to communicating using social networks and instant messengers that they forgot what live communication is. Real emotions, not emoji, eyes and even the smell of the interlocutor play a huge role. When playing sports on the street or in the gym, you will often be among active people and most likely you will make some pleasant acquaintances.
