Let's talk again about the benefits of outdoor sports
You are undoubtedly well aware that a healthy lifestyle and exercise have a positive effect on your health and well-being. A workout in the fresh air is doubly useful. But why? What advantages will you get if you don't sweat in a stuffy gym, but go out to the sea or at least to the river?
And yes, in this article I will not touch on such obvious things as a beautiful body, prominent muscles, etc. While this is undoubtedly important, today I would like to talk about the important health and wellness benefits of exercising outdoors. Let's break it down point by point.

Fresh air
Fresh air is called fresh because it carries a large amount of oxygen, inhaling which you help to improve your metabolism. And believe me, after training, in the recovery period, it's incredibly important. Restricting your breathing is useful only for hypoxic training, for a short time, and it is necessary to train your endurance. In all other cases, the more fresh air you breathe in, the faster your body removes metabolic products, which will positively affect your well-being.

The sun
You've probably already heard about the benefits of vitamin D. But not all researchers and bloggers, say that along with vitamin D, a whole set of hormones is produced in your skin. These hormones play a huge role in anabolic processes. Thus, outdoor sports are simply crucial if you care about maintaining and gaining muscle mass.

Humidity
Also, air humidity is a very important parameter for sports. And this is important both in the gym and outdoors. Humidity directly affects your stamina and performance during exercise. Of course, you take a bottle of water with you, but if the air is very dry, you will have to drink constantly. Inconvenient, agree? Therefore, sites near water bodies are ideal for workout.

Social factor
Perhaps not the most obvious plus. But not everyone can pay for a gym membership and workout is the only way to maintain their health for them. However, there are many wonderful personalities among such people with whom you can make friends. Also, in my opinion, the gym is such a club for doing sports, where everyone resorts at certain hours, quickly performs the required amount of exercises and jogging back into routine. A workout is more about a hobby, a mood and a soul.

I'd love to hear your thoughts on outdoor and gym activities. Maybe you disagree with me? I'm waiting for feedback in the comments.
