Stamping his own take on one of the season's top trends – adventure – Olivier Rousteing infuses his take of safari in his debut menswear collection for BalmainSpring/Summer 16. Sandy safari hues pervaded the collection in a spectrum from beige to brown and everything in-between. But a capsule of black designs also made an appearance at the end of the lineup.

Intricate detailing on fabric gave this utility collection of toggles, pockets and relaxed pants, an elevated fashion lift. Lattice work on leather and tough wearing fabrics felt appropriate of the house. As did gold stud embellishments and gold woven trims. Shapes were seeped in interest with criss-cross ruching on what would have been a basic tank and asymmetry on vests and jackets. In the realms of accessories, the theme of adventure continues with open lace up sandal boots and Indiana Jones inspired cross body bags.
