by El-style
Louis Vuitton has recently presented their Spring/Summer 2017 Men’s Collection. The runway show was held at the Palais Royal in Paris. Artistic Director of Men’s Collections, Kim Jones has taken his inspiration from African safari. The brand introduces their latest Monogram Canvas color which is the Monogram Encre and Dune. The classic Keepall, backpack and tote bags were seen in graphic animal prints such as rhinoceros, lions and elephants.
Louis Vuitton has collaborated with English visual artists Jake and Dinos, also known as the Chapman Brothers to draw these animal prints. Even the luggage tags comes with these animal safari prints. The Men’s Collection also has their own version of the mini trunks made of shearling and fur and printed perspex. Messenger bags made of ostrich in different sizes were seen in the runway.
