You definitely should NOT eat this.
No, this article is not just about unhealthy food. Have you ever thought about the danger that harmful food may cause you in the future? After three, five or even ten years?
Have you ever interested how it's manufactured? Try to Google it. You still want to eat sugar? Ok, the nature has many sweet products like honey. Fruits contain fructose that three times sweeter than sucrose. Milk has lactose. All these monosaccharides are absolutely natural and perfectly absorbed by your body. On the opposite side pure sugar increases production of insulin, provokes diabetes and fat deposition. Try to substitute pure sugar with honey.
Flour and baked products
As I said above, flour is not natural product. It is grain that was milled, broken cellulose increase absorbs and provokes celiac disease. Also it has many carbohydrates, excess of which is dangerous.
Another one example of the refined products, excessive consumption of which leads to health problems. This statement is valid even for such seemingly healthy products like olive oil. Fat exists in the nature in its natural condition. Meat, nuts, grains and vegetables contain enough fat to meet human needs in all possible fatty acids.
Fried meal and sousages
Fried meal ... so much has been said. Just throw out your pan. The same applies to sausages, a lot of preservatives, flavor enhancers and other products of modern chemical industry. If you love yourself you should not eat that.
Sweet carbonated beverages and juices
The quintessence of the harmful food. Sugar, dyes, preservatives, emulsifiers, stabilisers and other food additives. All what your body certainly do not need ... Of course the manufacturer never tell you about the real dangers of these food additives.
Of course this article is not meant to scare you. All products that listed above deserve to be tasted once at least. But you really do not need them all the time. Your health in your hands.
