Gym always improves my mood.

Every day I come across different events, they can be good, joyful and not very much. Everything happens, it's life. I try to learn a lesson from each situation because this is the reason why they happen in my life. I'm interested in developing, learning something new, becoming better and better with each passing day.
But there are days when emotions are rolling in and very difficult to cope with them. In such cases, the best idea is going to the gym and fitness classes.

When I'm in the gym, I concentrate only on my body. I like how the press tenses, how muscles stretch in the hot body. How the blood bubbles in every cell. Here I do not feel sorry for myself and give all my best. In the gym I forget everything, this is my little world where there is only me and sport.
And in the end, when exhausted I go to the shower, I wash off all my fatigue. It feels like I was born again. I have a great mood and I can conquer the whole world.
