You need to pamper yourself sometimes
I love sweets, yes, I can not help it. They are so tasty and look so beautiful that very often I just can not resist. I eat them, and then, naturally, I regret it. Because my body is suffering from them, and indeed, it is not good for health. Sugar, dyes, chemicals, which are used for their preparation, badly affect the metabolism and health in general.
And I try to keep myself in good shape. I try eat healthy, not harmful food, do fitness and think positively. But I can not just say 'No' to the tasty food, this is my weakness. No matter how hard I tried, it does not work. No matter how I forbid myself, time passes and I lose control. And this is a vicious circle. I endure as much as I can and then, I overeat, again.
And that's how I solved my problem. I just decided to pamper myself sometimes. Here I focus on the word 'sometimes'. In order not to harm my health and my body does not suffer and do not look at sweets as starving. I decided, for example, once a week, on weekend, I go to a coffee shop and take not only coffee, but also some small delicious. Something that I want at the moment, even if it is very harmful. So in this way I satisfy my desires, my body gets a portion of what I want. I do not torment myself and it almost does not affect my health, since it's only once a week.
I like myself and I like to pamper myself. Because of this I have a great mood and live happily. If you forbid yourself something all the time, firstly, you can not be happy, since all prohibitions badly affect your mood and your life, even if you do not notice it, but it is true, and secondly, you will still be broken, it is inevitable.
So I have an advice for you - pamper yourself sometimes with some delicious, or buy some beautiful clothes, cosmetics, in fact, no matter what you do. The main thing is to love yourself, because you deserve it, I know.
